Latest Store Updates... plus Free Shipping

Just running down quickly some of the latest store updates:

Cassia, Indigo, and Rajasthani Henna are now available for purchase! Check out the Herbal Hair Color section for details and pricing. Excellent quality at great prices!

We've added a few more skin care products to the store in the Herbal Skin Care and Navratna Plus Herbal Cool Oil in the Herbal Remedies section. So take a look!

But that's not all, new products will be steadily added to the store over the next few weeks. Look for more herbal remedies, especially with cold and flu season around the corner. Also, more herbs and oils will arrive soon. So stay tuned!

Those who are on the mailing list have already received notice that our August one day sale will be postponed to September as we are awaiting larger quantities of certain items to be made available to us. The other reason has to do with our current store limitations, which we are working on rectifying now.........

...... in September, you can expect to see the NEW home for AyurNatural Beauty. Yep, we're implementing a new site with more features and functionality that will serve to make shopping with us a more rewarding experience! Discount codes, free shipping for US orders over $60, plus special bonuses here and there... those will be a surprise...

On the note of free shipping, although I cannot automatically implement it in the current ecrater system, I can issue a refund for the shipping costs. If you know you are going to order over $60 worth of products, just send a message to ayurnatural@gmail.com and we can work it out. Once the new site is live, everything will be a part of the system.

Cassia, Indigo, Henna Updates

Just quickly updating everyone on the henna, cassia, and indigo that I first mentioned in my AyurNatural Beauty interview on Kinky Rhonnie's blog last month. Well, they are now here!!!

Here's a sneak peek of pictures taken of the samples to show just how finely sifted these botanicals are. All of these botanicals are 100% pure, no additives, no additional herbs blended in. The supplier is very reputable and believes in fair trade and sustainability and has been in business for a number of years, so you can be assured that the product is what it says. As I told a customer who inquired recently, this first order is in limited supply. Rest assured, if response is favorable, the henna, cassia, and indigo from this supplier will be in stock on an ongoing basis. I put a lot of research into looking for high quality botanicals, and I believe this is among the best available currently.

The henna, cassia, and indigo will only be sold in 100g at this time.

Henna, Henna, Where's the Henna???

Sooooo... I received a funny email late last night from a customer who absolutely LOVES Karishma Henna!

Quote: "Hi I just checked your website and I didn’t see the KARISHMA HERBAL HENNA listed. Did those greedy women on the LHCF (Long Hair Care Forum) wipe you out ? I know I should have ordered more when I ordered, because I knew once they found out, it would be all over. When do you think you’ll have more available?"

As I read this, I feel both excitement and nervousness as my heart races. I'm thinking that someone must have ordered every last bag in my inventory! I didn't know whether to jump for joy or groan inside.

I look to check and the inventory still looks the same. No new orders came in for all of the Karishma henna while I slept.

So good news! There's still plenty of Karishma henna available! There was a glich in the matrix, ladies. You can still order it. Sorry for the scare.


Now for the bad news.... I was wiped out of Godrej Nupur Henna over the weekend. I will have to see how soon I will have that in again and let the Nupur Henna lovers know.

In the meantime, you all should really check out the Seasons Dulhan henna. It's the same high quality henna that's sold for a lot higher on other sites. It's a Rajasthani henna blended with Amla, Aritha, Bhringraj, Brahmi, Shikakai, and other herbs and very finely sifted.

I also moved the Hesh Mehandi Powder, which is also 100% henna, to join the listing of hennas.

Taking Care Of Business!

It's been over a week since I made my first entry. That's not good... Yet, I have good reason. I have been super busy with orders coming in every day, meeting with my suppliers to get more items, and making sure your orders are sent out expediently! I anticipated good response, but the speed of this response has me humbled and amazed at the same time. No worries though, I can keep up!

I have to give special thanks to the ladies of 4a on NC.com for their support and for spreading the word along with their orders. I also want to thank the ladies on LHCF.com for giving me the opportunity to assist them. Extra shout out to Kinky Rhonnie who has been so supportive from the very beginning - a true big sister. Thanks for even thinking to interview me. I'd never been interviewed before, not even for all my years in corporate and in real estate! It was fun!

Well, enough of all of that. Back to work! I'll be back again... much sooner this time... with some good information that all of you can carry with you....
